I am fighting in Peru and Argentina in 2 weeks in the 81kgs/178lb weight category. I usually walk around at 205lbs. I haven't made this weight in a very long time. So I decided to do a mock weigh in before I head out there to compete. I made a video everyday as reference. I lost 20lbs in 5 days. Enjoy!!
On Sunday, I coached my athletes at the NY State Judo Championships. Here is the highlight reel. I ate 4 Bahn Mi sandwiches and had Korean BBQ for dinner. But starting Monday, back to my descent. Peru, here I come!!!
